Camp registration is FULL.
If you want to be put on a wait list, please snail mail the entry & a deposit check. I will hold both until I get a scratch and then contact people on the wait list to see if they want the spot. I will not deposit any checks without checking in and I will not hold any spots that are not accompanied by a deposit check.

PRICING
Early Bird Registration ($250 non-refundable deposit received before Feb 1, 2026): $1250.00
Registration Fee ($250 non-refundable deposit received on or after Feb 1, 2026): $1400.00
A $250 non-refundable deposit is due with your entry. No refunds after the closing date unless spot can be filled from a wait list. Direct substitutions of rider or horse are allowed, spots are not allowed to be sold.
FEE SCHEDULE
- $250 non-refundable deposit is due with entry to hold your spot.
- $250 second payment due on May 1st
- Remainder Payment in full due by June 16th
- Payment in full that is not received on or before 6/16 will lose the early bird discount.
The date your deposit is received dictates the fee schedule. This is first come, first serve, when camp is full any entries for that camp will be put on a waiting list. Entries cancelled before the closing date will be refunded less the NON-REFUNDABLE $250 deposit. Entries cancelled after the closing date will not be refunded. Horse or Rider substitutions will be allowed, anything else is a new entry and may not be allowed.
Camp Format – Open to all levels and ages of riders
- The format will be two lessons/day on the first two days
- One lesson on the 3rd day, additionally your choice of a ride-a-test dressage test or show jumping round.
- The 4th day will be a lesson of your choice (flat, SJ, XC).
- Stabling is included in the cost of the camp
- Other educational opportunities will be posted closer to camp.
Come Again Farm Facility:
- Permanent stabling on grounds, limited turnout on a time share basis for guest horses
- Very limited hookups for campers—reservations required & first come first served
- Showers are available in the barn
- Dorm-style room available—bring your own cot/bed
- 70 + Cross country fences from Green as Grass through Prelim. We have ditches, 2 bank complexes, water, and a measured turf track where gallop pace can be practiced.
- We add new jumps each year, both cross country and show jumps
- A full complement of professional show jumps including gates, panels, Liverpool, skinnies
- Two indoor arenas
- One 72 x 220 sand footing outdoor arena
- One 120 x 200 sand footing all weather outdoor arena
- Flush toilets in each barn complex
Entries will close when the camp is full, and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Fee includes:
- Stabling
- 2 lessons Days 1 & 2, 1 lesson on Day 3 plus a competition evaluation, and 1 lesson of your choice on Day 4
- Pizza one night
- All educational seminars/talks/clinics.
- Lunch can be provided at an additional cost.
Instructors

Tim Bourke Tim has established himself as a top rider and sought-after trainer. He was named to the Irish High Performance list and in 2015, has multiple 5* finishes including Burghley and Kentucky, and was named to to the 2018 Irish World Equestrian Games Team as the Traveling Reserve. Tim has since produced and competed several horses successfully through the highest levels of the sport. Tim Bourke is a popular clinician whose systematic approach leads to sustainable results for both horse and rider. His bio can be found at: https://www.bourkeeventing.com/timbourke
Leslie Law is from the UK and brought home individual Gold and Team Silver for the British team at the Athens Olympics. Since arriving in the United States in 2006 Leslie has racked up a huge list of accomplishments including: three time American Advanced Champion, Young Event Horse Champion and Reserve Champion, multiple CCI *** and CIC *** wins and top placings, and multiple CCI ** and CIC ** wins and top placings. He has found horses for and coached some of America’s top young riders and has had many adult amateurs in the top placings at the American Eventing Championships. Leslie was named as the Developing Rider Coach to the US Team as of 2015 and the Chef de Equip in 2025.

Sharon White is a US Team rider who resides in Summit Point, WV, represented the USA in the 2023 PanAm Games and has been the recipient of many awards, including the Rebecca Broussard grant for developing riders in 2012. Her teaching is incredibly positive and consistent and will get the absolute best out of a horse and rider. Sara Kozumplik is a 5* competitor and will be added as a coach if entries warrant. She has coached at event camp for the past four years. Sara is a US 5*event rider and Grand Prix show jumper who has developed numerous horses to the highest level of Eventing. She is a US Eventing certified coach who trains and develops young riders and adult amateurs. She has multiple 5* finishes, including at Kentucky, Badminton and Burghley. Sara has also coached riders from Venezuela, Panama, and Barbados at the Bolivarian and Central American Games.
