Come Again Farm is a 40 acre farm with the following amenities:

• a 60' X 150' indoor arena with an attached observation room
• a 60' x 130' indoor arena with an overhead observation room and lower level that can be used for classroom
• activities, lectures or concessions
• 120 x 200 all weather outdoor arena with sand footing
• indoor bullpen with sand footing for longeing
• 1/3 mile grass galloping track
• multiple turnout fields of 1-7 acres with shelters and waterers
• 10 x 12 stalls, 13 with attached runs
• heated bathroom complete with shower
• limited 30 amp hookups for overnight guests
• a full compliment of show jumps
• cross country jumps, including banks and ditches
• two warm water wash stalls
• two tack rooms
• multiple lounge areas
• storage for a track trunk
• kitchen area

 

Faciity rental:

• May be limited
• Requires proof of liability insurance

West Indoor : $175/day or $300/weekend
East Indoor : $175/day or $300/weekend
Outdoor : $200/day or $350/weekend
Stalls : $9/day stripped or $11/day
Haul-ins : $15/day payable directly to farm
